The President develops & oversees the strategic and day-to-day management of the Chamber, and is the public face of the organisation, attending key national and international events. The President also completes and/or helps manage those roles not currently filled.

The Immediate Past President (IPP) role is one of support and guidance to the current President and the council Team.

Deputy President :

Fee Francis
The Deputy President's role is to support the President and fellow Directors in implementing their plans and is responsible for preparing & succession planning for the following year. The Deputy President also helps to develop external relationships with strategic partners, resulting in mutual gain to JCI Southampton and the partner.

The Marketing Director is responsible for the marketing of the chamber, maintaining the JCI Southampton website, overseeing the development of a marketing and PR strategy and the provision of marketing materials and merchandise. JCI Southampton features on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

The Membership Director is responsible for ensuring that all of our members are aware of the development opportunities available through their membership with the Chamber. The Director looks after the database, welcomes new members to the Chamber and manages the day-to-day tasks related to membership.

Ritchie Mazivanhanga
The Finance Director is responsible for administering our day-to-day finances and long-term financial planning, to ensure the financial interests of the chamber are protected and managed in an appropriate way to secure the future success and financial viability of the chamber. This role also develops funds to invest back into membership development.
