The President develops & oversees the strategic and day-to-day management of the Chamber, and is the public face of the organisation, attending key national and international events. The President also completes and/or helps manage those roles not currently filled.

The Immediate Past President (IPP) role is one of support and guidance to the current President and the council Team.

Deputy President :

The Deputy President's role is to support the President and fellow Directors in implementing their plans and is responsible for preparing & succession planning for the following year. The Deputy President also helps to develop external relationships with strategic partners, resulting in mutual gain to JCI Southampton and the partner.

The Community Director role is to organise projects that engage the local community with JCI with a goal to improve local issues.

The International Director is responsible for promoting and organising the programme of international events and projects including JCI National, European and World events and to build relationships with other Chambers.
