JCI Southampton Training: Leadership #8: Goal Setting and Decision Making

Our 8th module on Leadership will take place on Tuesday 21 November as part of our Being a Young Leader Training Programme and will cover Goal Setting and Decision Making

The course will be split into two modules of one hour each.

Speaker's biography

Sandeep Sesodia is the Chair of the Southampton Business Board at the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.
After a successful career in commercial banking with RBS Sandeep established his own company mgps commercial ltd in March 2017. Sandeep has a track record of over 30 years in Banking and Finance, providing support and guidance to all business. His aim is to assist businesses to realise their strategic and long term goals.  Building and developing relationships is core to his values.
In addition, Sandeep makes time to undertake voluntary work to mentor students through The Careers & Enterprise Company (Solent LEP) and to guest lecture at the universities. Sandeep is also a Vice Patron of the QE2 Activity Centre (for people of all ages with special needs).

Being a Young Leader Training Programme

JCI Southampton has launched a series of training sessions to develop young people to be outstanding leaders. Each session will cover a specific skill that you will need to master to become a great leader.

At the end of the training programme, you will be able to successfully use various skills to empower your team, from coaching, good disagreement, delegation and much more.
