Research suggests that around 80% of #learning at work happens informally during interactions with colleagues and team members.
Hannah Hastilow will give us some insights on how to take advantage of these many informal learning moments through #coaching and improve its quality

Hannah Hastilow is the Learning and Development Manager at Union Southampton, the Students' Union at University of Southampton. She has worked in education for the last nine years, from English Language schools to workplace training and e-learning.
