We are pleased to be joined by Andre Fergus, Personal Trainer and Sports Professional. Andre’s approach is a holistic one in which the correct attitude to fitness is the centrepiece. During the evening we will learn that a healthy attitude to diet, heath and fitness are the foundation to an invigorated and healthy body; which will help you achieve amazing results in other areas of your life.

Andre attended Southampton University where he studied a Bsc (Hons) course in Sports Studies. During this time he realised that many people were unaware of the importance of analysing movement correctly during exercise and made a commitment to pass this knowledge on to his clients. Andre now joins us with over ten years experience as a fitness professional.

Casual drinks in the bar from 6pm
Dinner is served at 7pm
Close at 9pm
