LEARNING THROUGH LIFE COACHING – GREAT VALUE TRAINING FROM JCI!

Southampton’s Junior Chamber (JCI) has recently announced details of its next great value training session. Aimed at young professionals in their 20s and 30s, the session focuses on setting and achieving goals, and explores the role that coaching can play in this process.

The harsh reality is that we are all extremely busy these days, and sometimes there seem to be hundreds of things competing for our attention It?s easy to become pre-occupied with our daily business issues, and our career aspirations, home-life and our finances might take second place. Unchecked, there is a risk that we might lose direction, continue on ?auto-pilot?, or even worse burn-out. This session will help attendees to understand their goals so that they can proactively work towards achieving them.

During the event, Garry Lane of One Vision Life Coaching will explore the benefits of coaching, and will explain how it can help lead to a more balanced, happy and fulfilling life – both in and outside of work.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a number of exercises, and will leave the session with a greater sense of what motivates them, what they are passionate about, and what areas of their work, life or business they might like to improve.
