Without doubt one of Britain’s most inspirational women, Dee Caffari is a renowned figure on the international speaking circuit. Using lessons learnt during her courageous solo circumnavigations of the world, Dee will be speaking about leadership to the ‘leaders of tomorrow’ in Southampton.

Dee has faced the dangers of icebergs; tempestuous storms and the worst the Southern Ocean could muster. Her double-world first is all the more impressive when you learn that Dee only began her sailing career in 2000. Dee’s sense of fun and positive world-view ensures her presentations are entertaining and her messages are memorable.

Meet at the bar from 6.30pm, dinner is served at 7.00pm. We aim to finish by 9.00pm, after which there is opportunity to return to the bar for more relaxed discussion, networking, and a drink or two!
