About Stephen Tierney

Stephen Tierney is founder and company director of Mindcell.

During his five years as a professional snooker player Stephen realised the importance of the psychological aspects within the game and the power of the mind within sport. This led him to take his passion further afield into the business sectors, and whilst using his methods to coach in corporate environments he gained qualifications in management (NVQ) and his diploma in sports psychology (Dip.Sport.Psychol).

Stephen is an avid student of business, sales, human psychology and sport psychology. He went on to achieve his NLP Practioner with David W.Taylor (trained by Dr Richard Bandler). Stephen is a member of the British Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (BBNLP) and The Global Organisation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (GONLP). He has successfully coached people in both Corporate and Sport sectors.

Stephen’s passion in life is helping others to achieve their goals and help unlock their true potential.
