White Star Tavern has been awarded four stars by the AA for our new luxury guest accommodation. recently returned to it’s former use as a hotel, white star, which dates back to 1884, has undergone a complete refurbishment programme and now offers 13 luxury en-suite rooms, a three bedroom serviced apartment, meeting room for 12, lounge & sun deck all boasting the kind of amenities associated with a four star property.

Our ground floor bar and restaurant has also been singled out for recognition by the AA and awarded a much coveted rosette representing

The Location
The White Star Tavern and Dining Rooms is located in the City’s cosmopolitan Oxford Street, in the heart of Southampton’s historic maritime district. The contemporary revamped restaurant will be open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
